What’s included
We supply and install metal roofing sheet systems and wall cladding in single-skin or insulated options, along with all the accessories that make an envelope watertight: gutters, ridges, flashings, louvers, and liner or insulation layers where needed.
Our approach
Roofing and cladding are matched to the building’s use and climate exposure. Insulated panels are specified where temperature control matters; single-skin where it doesn’t. Every join, ridge, and gutter is detailed to shed water cleanly, because a roof is only as good as its weakest seam.
Why it matters
A poorly finished envelope leaks, corrodes, and drives up cooling costs. Done right, it protects everything inside, keeps interiors comfortable, and adds years to the building’s life – especially under Kerala’s heavy rain and strong sun.
