Overview
Fabrication is where the design becomes real steel. At our Kanjikode facility, columns, rafters, purlins, and connections are cut, welded, and finished to exact specifications – under our own roof, under our own quality control. In-house fabrication means we own the standard, not a third party.
What’s included
We fabricate both built-up and hot-rolled steel sections, cut to size and welded to the shop drawings. Every component then goes through anti-corrosive surface treatment to stand up to Kerala’s humidity, followed by inspection before it leaves the floor.
Our approach
Fabrication follows the approved drawings exactly. Cutting and welding are checked at each stage, connections are prepared for fast bolted assembly on site, and members are marked for straightforward erection. Consistency at this stage is what makes the on-site build quick and clean.
Why it matters
Precise fabrication is the difference between a frame that fits together on the first try and one that needs rework. Tight tolerances, proper welds, and good surface protection here mean a stronger, longer-lasting building and a faster erection.
